From initial contact until completion, everything was done with absolute professionalism. When the crew arrived they explained the step by step process, showed me an album of their previous work and detailed what would happen on my project (weather permitting) on a daily basis. Most, if not all, of my pre-project questions were answered in their arrival brief before I could ask them. The crew was friendly, efficient, arrived early, worked hard and cleaned up each and every day – a great bunch of guys! We are absolutely thrilled with the result. Chad Pippin and his crew did absolutely wonderful job. I had urgent log house termite issue that needed immediate attention.
